 As believers, it is vitally
important that we take the time to immerse our spirits in the
uncompromised, revealed, Word of God. Marvelous things happen in the
hearts and minds of believers who immerse themselves in the Word of God.
The word immerse, means to
engage wholly or deeply, to absorb, to cover completely in a liquid, to
submerge, to plunge into something, to engross, or to engage with full
attention. During our Word Immersion Meetings we engage the Word of God wholly and deeply, and give
our full attention to it. We cover ourselves completely with the
Word. We plunge into the Word and absorb it. The word
immersion aslo means to thrust or throw into, to engulf, to soak up, to enclose or to envelop completely in something. One definition
of the word immersion portrays a person who is learning a foreign language and
gets instruction of that language based on extensive exposure to it. During these meetings we throw ourselves into the Word of God and allow it to engulf
us. We enclose ourselves in the Word and absorb revelation knowledge of it. We extensively
expose ourselves to the Word of God and only the Word of God. We totally immerse ourselves in the Word Thursday Night and
stay in it until the end of the meetings Saturday. That’s what these
meetings are all about; TOTAL IMMERSION. As we immerse ourselves in the
Word of God, our faith grows and we are revitalized and
strengthened. By the end of the meetings Saturday night you will be ready
to dig our heels in even deeper and fight the good fight of faith!
